AI Voice Recorder: An overview

Phrases and keywords that are flagged in advance are detected during conversations between staff and customers on-site. When such a phrase, keyword or abnormally loud voice is detected, which indicates a stressful incident, the customer support center is alerted automatically through a device and app.
